Austin Street was started by two friends in 2014 with a one-barrel brewing system and now runs on a 160-barrel fermentation capacity, still owned 100% by the same two friends who refuse to sacrifice quality, integrity, and creativity.
Brewed with Norwegian Kveik yeast and 100% Simcoe hops using a mixture of cryo and traditional. This 8.5% beer has a lush and silky mouthfeel. The acidity of the yeast pairs perfectly with intense flavors of Cara Cara Orange and Stone Fruit.
